Is it really right for this topic to head this section, apparently for evermore,in the key first place in the section after about 2 months. I for one think it ought to go to a last resting place in the net.
Any other opinions?

Part of the reason its still here is because new people join every day, and this was quite a 'gentle' way of letting people know the boundries of postings and etiquette 
However, perhaps a single locked post in Website might be a nicer location for general guidelines - especially as this topic has since gathered a range of replies.
