Indeed it was to the aeroplanes Clive. :)

And congratulations on your win, anything is better than nothing. :)

I have so far drawn a blank on the aeroplane display front. ....no one else on that particular magazine forum has owned up to seeing them or knowing owt about them.........

I don't like being beat though as to who, why, what......and in the days long before I had this 'puter device and it all relied on more local gossip and reading it some time later in a magazine....it once took me several years to find out where the Casa 352, painted in pseudo Luftwaffe markings as a Ju52, was trundling its way across the sky to passing my Grandmas house on the Lincs coast....but then at its rate of travel it perhaps took several years to get where it was going too........

Dear Clive, don't worry too much. :)

Just a little more information on them though, they were rather fast and noisy when climbing, so would have thought they were display aeroplanes, rather than a Tiger Moth type of Bi-plane.

Now that reads as clear as mud, but hopefully you all know how to decipher my sentences by now. :)

I'm definitely not worrying. ....it's just that I like to find these things out....and a lot more information is to hand than some reports....

Stuffed "Chine" for lunch again today..... :)

My favourite time of year is back :D - the boys have started fishing again which means I often get a couple of hours to myself in the evening or even longer at weekends. As they are fair weather fisherman, it is always nice weather so I can sit outside and catch up on either gardening or the forum. It is win, win!
Kind regards,

Elle
