Kind regards,

Perhaps someone also needs to warn the air / sea rescue also, he might get in a bit of a tizz if he finds himself on Studland Beach by mistake and have a bit of a turn. And maybe warn the Dorchester Museum to expect another fossil! They might have to relegate the space from the 'big jawed boy' they just put on display.

Westi

Have a great time OH!!

PJ, how have you managed to obtain a scene from OH's favourite dream?
Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.

Hi Donedigging,

I don't think OH has made it to the beach yet.
His very early version of satnav seems to be pointing him in the wrong direction :D

OH has booked his transport home.
Looks like he'll be needing this when he gets back to Milton Bryan

Morning all, how nice it is to be back to my much loved Milton Bryan and also the forum.
I really have missed you all, but i'm sure i will soon fall back into place. :)

Firstly i would just like to thank my very good friend, Old Codger, for stepping in at the last moment, to take on the very daunting watering task at home, for me. It really has been very much appreciated, Thank you Codger.

I must say it's quite spooky how accurate all your replies have been, it was just like re-living my holiday all over again. :)
You all managed to make me smile even more, as usual. :)

Something you did all miss though was, i had a cunning plan of meeting Westi while in Dorset, so knowing she was a nurse, i thought if i saw a nurse i would ask if she was Nurse Westi. But after the first person i saw dressed in a Nurse uniform replied, after i asked her if she was Nurse Westi was, "you can call me what you want, you hunky brute", i decided to give it a miss. :)

Anyway had a superb time, and the weather was just great.
The food was fantastic, and had some very good meals indeed.
And i'm pleased to report, i was very well behaved, well most of the time, not sure if the family would confirm that.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

There's no fool like an old fool.

Welcome back OH :)

Glad you had a nice holiday.

I hear that the Dorset Police, Fire & Rescue services have been stood down from full alert status now
Cheers PJ.

Glad to hear you had a good holiday OH, welcome back, it's good to read something more light hearted, the peat debate is becoming rather repetative and yawn-making, so I'm looking forward to your posts. :D

Really OH ? Oh ... is it only the female of the species that grow old disgracefully ? When I have my next holiday in Devon, join us and we can party till the small hours

PS Some suggestions for your scented garden on the plant tickling thread
Sit down before a fact as a little child, be prepared to give up every preconcieved notion, follow humbly wherever and to whatever abyss nature leads, or you shall learn nothing.
