LOL, Motto, don't eat raw peas in the garden, especially if someones likely to make you laugh! Surely a cooked on wouldn't sprout !

Well it's moist but not too wet, air circulates, permeable rooting area, lol

The doctors say it was probably a bean anyway. He might have noticed it when it grew a bit more and came out of his mouth.
