Which Cucumber?

I grew 3 plants last year made 50 jars of pickle fed 3 families and still had to give loads to the hens the problem with growbags will be having enough water I would stack 1 on top of the other with only 1 plant I grow mine in the border not had any experience with grobags but have heard toms have issues with watering and cues like it humid !

As Gilly says cucs like a lot of water and being surrounded by moist air. At the first sign of dryness mildew can become a problem and flowers may fail to set. I grow mine in the soil in a large cold frame and allow 3 ft per plant.
I would say that for growbags it would have to be one plant per bag.

I vote for telegraph cucumbers, never had a bitter one, some of the other ones I tried it was like Russian roulette.
