Hello all
I went to London on Wednesday to see Joseph!
It was excellent, Lee Mead was gorgeous  and I thoroughly recommend it-if you've not seen it before/with other Josephs!
I also sat drinking wine in Covent Garden and felt like me again rather than 'Mummy'! :D
I went to Hamleys and a cool t-shirt shop 'David and Goliaths' to name but a few.
We walked from hotel to train station across London and i was amazed at the fantastic fruit n veg stalls.
I went with my heavily pg friend Ali (30wks pg) got home yesterday (my 1st night away from Lily since I had her) and do you know what I'm not even sure she noticed I wasn't there!! (she stayed with her daddy!)

Dear Jopsy, so glad you had a smashing time in London, i'm not sure if i would like such a busy place.
I bet Lily was pleased to see you really, i think it's their way of saying i wish you hadn't gone, when they give you the cold shoulder.

Of course she might be thinking of who will be doing the cooking again.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Glad to hear you had such a good time, Jopsy.
Don't you feel guilty when a few hours have passed and you suddenly realise you haven't missed them!

Oooh I cant wait to go soon, we watched all the programmes and were with Lee all the way, my sons 3 tetra fish are called Lewis, Keith and Lee. I know what you mean about time off from the kids. last month I had a day out at Wisley, all by myself it was pure indulgence, i dint speak to anyone bar a couple who came along through the pinetum, where i was watching a woodpecker for several minutes. No admonitions, bribes, or explanations. Some things are just for grown ups!
