Hi to everyone
When making piccalilli and the likes I follow a recipe which says,I must use a set amount of ingredients which will make 2ltr's. As 2ltr's is never enough and I would like to make 10ltr's at a time. do I increase all the ingredients by 5 and also do I increase the cooking time by 5 as well.
I just hope someone can help, as this coming September as wish to make one batch of piccalilli instead of doing 5 batch's.

Hello Kevin - Multiply all the ingredients by 5. The cooking time doesn't alter. You only need to increase the cooking time when using a microwave. Sounds like a lot of vegetable chopping coming up!
