It's supposed to be for left overs but... I make it from scratch. Have made it a couple of times before and it's really good. Very British! A suet pudding, eh?

When we lived overseas, every time we came back to Blighty, for whatever reason, I stocked up on British items you couldn't get wherever we were. Didn't expect to be evac'd (twice!). Anyway, when we left Warsaw I took a heap of frozen stuff back to Kent with us, which I'm still wading through. Gosh, we seem to have a lot of gammon and we don't eat it all that often. I put it in soup for St Pat's day but don't really do the gammon steak with chips and a tinned pineapple ring. But the above recipe is ace. Highly recommended. Enjoy.
