Greetings all, At least we're not suffering the current ice storms in USA. Too much festive snow is never a good thing!

Merry Christmas, everyone.

Dunno yet what's for lunch/dinner. I'm not one to make a fuss. Also, we've not had turkey for decades. I'll just take the day as it comes, although I do have the makings of Arbroath smokie crepes in the fridge and various other things in the freezer. :D

Favourite Christmas breakfast today - cold leftover pigs in blankets and stuffing! Not sure I don't enjoy that as much as Christmas lunch.

But we still have a whole dish of crispy baked stuffing left over to eat our way through. Any suggestions for unusual ways of dealing with it?

Cook rustled up a pan of left over gammon and fried eggs for me this morning…very tasty…

Haven’t got any ideas for your stuffing i’m afraid, Primrose..

In the same way as you can have pigs in blankets, you could have stuffing in blankets. In other words, make little balls of stuffing and wrap them in a bit of streaky bacon, cook, and then enjoy as a snack while watching the telly or whatever. :)

bad luck Robo. At least you can tell yourself it's year to next Christmas so a long time before you suffer another one!

When I used to drink a lot, I never had a hang over but, I bet if I had a lot of alcohol now, I would suffer like you, Robo…
