There is certainly more to being a fishmonger than meeting the eye and undoubtedly more odiferous than being a butcher and cutting up animals!

Dealing with oysters elegantly doesn,t seem to be easy. In our house it requires lots of thick tea-towels or cloths, a sharp instrument and a box of First Aid plasters at the ready in case of the inevitable accidents!
