Is it possible to move potatoes once they've sprouted. A friend helped me plant and now they're showing I can see that some are just a few inches from a grass path which will cause a world of hurt come harvest - assuming the grass and weeds let them grow!

Don't see why it wouldn't be possible, just be really really careful not to damage roots, branches, leaves or anything on it. May want to use a spade to dig it out carefully...

Take the soil around the root & it won't even know. Luckily early in the season so won't be too big.
