Rising a glass to you! With OH on the prowl you're not going to escape that easily.
Have a good birthday and let us know how you're getting on.

My dear old friends,
I thank you so much for remembering me on my birthday. Due to a very strong antibiotic I am taking it was the first alcohol birthday since I was 16 and I celebrated by going and having a wonderful steak cooked to perfection rare to medium!
Some time back I said that due to family businesses I really didn't have time to make postings anymore but am on the forum almost every day and still take an interest in the forum as I remember in it's former days as a vibrant force to assist those new to gardening. Sadly it has been the habit of late to somehow prevent the amount of newcomers posting for fear of ridicule. I sincerely hope that these days are over and the forum will pick up and normal postings will resume.
The one person I single out for praise is Sally Wright who is probably the best person for advice the forum has ever had and whilst Sally is posting I know the forum is safe. I say thankyou Sally for your solid knowledgeable input over many years.
Thank you all again for your birthday wishes.
JB.
