The danger when people start to believe their own publicity is that they often fall off their own ego.
At least travelling under the guise of the Pa Snip Enterprise gives me an excuse for appearing to be on another planet

Thank you all. I intend to have a great day. Going for a little walk with the family this afternoon all around the perimeter of Badbury Rings. http://www.haunted-britain.com/badbury-rings.htm
Not expecting to see any mysterious happenings but you never know. It's a spooky place right at the top.

Happy Birthday Diane! I hope you did get some memories & an adventure at the rings. I haven't been there for years & it has got a feel about it though from memory, I recall a stillness - but I do scare myself quite easily thinking about the past people that may have walked a spot before me & what may have happened to them.
Have a great day! x

I did have a great day....it was a wonderful walk and beautifully sunny. Saw some frolicking deer and a big bank of pretty snowdrops.
Today I am mostly dowsing at a friend's house, trying to find a buried water pipe. I definitely found a drainage ditch but not sure about the pipe. I was given the rods as a novelty present years ago...and went on a course...and found out that I did have the knack - most of the time - not all of the time. It's fun to try though.
