Before the light alcohol showers drift in from the northeast followed by the onset of heavy intermittent showers of gin...... I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.
May it being you the best possible outcomes in whatever circumstances you are in.
Happy New Year to you all for 2019

Happy New Year to everyone. I have recently rediscovered the KG forum and spending some time catching up. Anyone decided what tomatoes they're growing? Any strong recommendations for next year? I'm getting twitchy to sow, but common sense is thankfully holding me back.

Life is like gardening and gardening is like life....We have battles won and battles lost, we have frustrations and we have pleasures but at the end of the day, we can only make the most of what we have!!!
So a very Happy New year to you all, what ever type of battle you have to deal with.
And a huge thank you to all our wonderful forum members, for the many laughs, support and brilliant advice.

I'm raising a glass to wish you all whatever you most wish for yourselves in 2019, whilst drinking some rather nice gin. One of our relatives had the unusual idea of making her own posh Christmas crackers and filling them with small sealed pouches of specialist Gins obtained from somewhere.
So my cheers for 2019 accompanied by a glass of Rock Rose gin from Dunnet Bay Distillers which is aromatically flavoured with 18 different botanical flavours Including sea buckthorn, rowan berry and cassia bark.

Gosh that's a greeting to give anybody a migraine and a half if they've been over enthusiastic on the alcohol !

The very best of new year wishes to you all from me.
After a pleasant day out, I plan a low key finish to 2018 involving a bottle of red wine and Julie Christie (sadly, her presence will be limited to the screen as I watch Doctor Zhivago).

Thank you Ron
The danger when people start to believe their own publicity is that they often fall off their own ego.
At least travelling under the guise of the Pa Snip Enterprise gives me an excuse for appearing to be on another planet
