looks like a great recipe Alan, thankyou! the one i use has more onion, and I throw in a couple of courgettes too (just to get rid of them to be honest) it is delish! I shall be trying your version this year, plus the courgettes of course

This sounds like a great receipie Alan.
Having found my tomatoes blighted last night, I rescuced 10lb (possibly more) of unblighted fruit, so let the grilling and cooking commence!
(I'm just off the make sure that the blighted plants get burnt)
