Been thanked: 1 time

I saw Carol Klein at Chelsea on TV last night and I must say I much prefer her blonde as I've realised that one of my previous problems with her was that her hair clashed horribly with her clothes. Bright red hair and an orange jumper; used to set my teeth on edge.

As I've said, having met her I thought she was a fabulous person (it was on my "stoned" trip to Ryton though, it has to be said) but those colours still used to grate. No problems at all last night, good presenting. :D

Hi Old Herby,
The meeting to which you refer took place some time ago and it was all I, a peace loving person like me, could do not to Thump him a few times very hard.
He is totally objectionable.

Well - I like to be different and I like all the GW presenters. I preferred it when Geoff was in charge and I liked it when Alan appeared every Friday, but I can appreciate the ones we have now.

Maybe I'm just easily pleased?!

I wasn't too fussed on Rachel De Thame to be honest. She's a lovely person but I can't really take her advice seriously.

The others are fine. I like Carol and Sarah Raven particularly. They both seem very knowledgable although Sarah did get on my nerves about her "small" orchard. All bloody 2 acres of it!!!! :x

Maybe i'm easily pleased but I much prefer Alan T or the late, much missed Geoff Hamilton
Lots of love

Lizzie
