The KG site is on a different server yo this forum.
This forums server lost its permissions matrix, which has been recreated, I guess the avatar storage area has been missed out. We're probably stuck with this till monday now.
Sorry but checking in a hurry this morning I'd didn't notice that the avatars were missing.
