Blocking unwanted emails - Help please!!

Can I pick everyone's brains please. I have an email from National Injets which goes to my Junk email folder (Norton Anti Spam). I have sent it to my blocked email "Add to blocked senders list". And have also added it to my "Add senders domain to my blocked senders list". And they still keep coming in. Every day, sometimes twice a day.How do I stop it without requesting them to stop as I haven't requested this information so I don't want to acknowledge it. Help please. (bearing in mind I have only just worked out how to post photos I am not terribly good at the technical stuff on my computer). Word processing, Excel and Presentation stuff I can do blindfolded but technical no chance.

Are these continued emails going to your inbox or to your junk mail box

who are the emails from? There may be a way to get someone to contact them on your behalf. I used to do some work for a company that did such things. Drop me a PM if you want help, I'll then send you an email address to forward the email to for me to have a look at

They could be spoof emails, they appear to come from A but actually come from b.
I'm currently receiving dozens of emails about everything from viagra to double glazing via ppi and guess what?
They all come from my email address, they don't really, but they look like they do until you hit reply and then they're from all sorts of random addresses.

Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.

So True, I actually wrote a computer program to do just that last year, so I could send "business" emails to my customers (At the time, I was doing freelance nutritional analysis and dietary advice)
But yes, I know how these emails work, and I HATE it...

Hi Dan thank you for your offer. I have attempted to send them every time to my block senders domain name and block sender. Every single time I do it the next day it arrives again. Yet when I block other unwanted emails "viagra etc" they stop. The company is called National Inkjets and they do seem cosher, but I am really wary to send them a return email to stop the constant emails because it could be a real virus. I just expect it to stop when I block it. It is sent straight to my Spam folder. I have even gone round the houses and tried to stop it another way by and made a Message Rule which shoud delete any email that contains in the message from line their email address and even that is not working.

Catherine you say the company is National Inkjets, if the emails come from anything @nationalinkjets.co.uk then it is a legitimate company based in Yeovil, Somerset.
I am at a loss as to why you are unable to block them. If you don't wish to use any 'unsubscribe' facility on their emails the only suggestion I can make is that you ring them on 01935 424400 and ask them to remove you from their mailing list.
They may say you are not on any list of theirs, which would suggest the emails are coming from someone purporting to be them and so your caution has been well founded.
Hope that solves it for you
