Been thanked: 6 times

After bragging about my abundance of PSB, I have noticed that this early crop has possibly started to 'bolt' or at least the stalks with the purple flowers on are getting longer than the leaved stalks, should I pick it all and freeze it or give it away and then wait for more, or is this the beginning of the end of the crop, havent grown this lovely veg before, but boy I will certainly grow it again, it is great!!
If I am not on the plot, I am not happy.........

You can still eat just the flowers Compo. All the time the stems snap clean when you pick them.
The main thing is to keep picking to keep the plants cropping. The should go on for a while longer yet.
Mine are.
