Remember that Roundup is in itself not fast acting, it takes at least 2 weeks to kill meanwhile mowing the lawn would be counter-productive, however the RTU sprayers have 2 extra ingredients added which are fast acting so it's worthwhile to get just one sprayer with FAST on the label and using that for spot treatment. Avoid mixing your own extra strength or the concentrate, that's the way to stop the systemic action having any benefit.
Elsewhere I have referred to the Bayer special offer of 5 litres of glyphosate with a battery-operated sprayhead supplied for pushbutton action. It uses 2xAA batteries and there is a £3 cashback voucher on the top of the bottle. Very handy, but plain glyphosate so no fast-action.
