Many thanks Robo
I always like to live and learn.
In all our time here I had never heard it referred to as the lost village (y pentre coll). It's always familiarly known as Nant, which is less of a mouthful than its official title: Canolfan Iaith Genedlaethol (National Language Centre). I just never knew how diversified its business had become. Looks very impressive and I'm sure you will enjoy the experience.

You'll appreciate the fine new road they've built. My wife wouldn't even walk down the old precipitous track, let alone allow me to drive her down it

I'm glad you cut the grass in the Lottie today as I have just heard that the Lancaster is going to land there for your special birthday treat.

I hope that you have a good day oldherbaceous, the weather is excellent in Somerset. I have visited Hidcote and enjoyed it as I'm sure you will.

Thanks Barney, a lovely day was had indeed, really did enjoy the day, and was rather glad to see their indoor tomato plants looked as sickly as mine, with the same sort of poor growth. The funny thing was, i twice tried to speak to someone working in the greenhouse but, each time they saw me coming towards them, they disappeared out of the door the other end.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.
