Can't identify that mould? Got a great tip for keeping slugs at bay? Suggestions for organic weed control? Post them here...

Wormwood is wonderfully fragrant (if a bit strong), and used to be tucked into field workers hats and plough horses bridles to repel flies, so my countryliving gran told me.

I tried it a few years ago on myself and kids when they were in prams out in the garden (no longer have the wormwood, it grew too leggy and woody due to my lack of pruning), and can't say I noticed any significant repelling effect!

Apparently, if you eat Marmite, the Vitamin B is excreted on your skin and puts mozzies off biting you; might be worth a try if you like it!!
