Mice.

Can't identify that mould? Got a great tip for keeping slugs at bay? Suggestions for organic weed control? Post them here...

May I remind you that my description of mesh cages is still available under the technical data section (Feb 2007).We found them very versatile and effective on everything from rabbits to slugs.

Hi everybody,

a good way of keeping your peas, broadbeans, and any other seeds you do not want the mice to eat is to buy some extra strong mints. Crush the mints into tiny bits and sprinkle on the tops of your pots or seed trays. The mice smell the mints and not the seeds so the seeds do not get eaten.

Happy crushing

During a mild garage infestation, mine would take nothing less than best French saucisson or Belgian chocolates. I put it down to them being spoilt by us living near a posh Waitrose

It does seem that mice certainly have their likes and dislikes, a bit like us lot i suppose. :)
