Any lupin experts on here

Can't identify that mould? Got a great tip for keeping slugs at bay? Suggestions for organic weed control? Post them here...

Know we,re mainly a veggie forum here but can anybody help?

I have two pink and one purple lupin plant. All three years old and seemingly healthy, but the many flower spikes on the two pink plants bend over and droop badly every day, although the purple spikes stay upright. Any ideas what's causing this as they,re all regularly watered.

I am certainly no lupin expert, but I would think the two pink plants are probably not as efficient in taking the water up than the purple ones. If you had it as warm and sunny the last few days as we have, Primrose, many plants here have been 'desiccated' at the top although there has been enough moisture on the roots. Our sunflowers always struggle in these conditions although they are well watered. Maybe a watering over the top might help?
