Hi people
Need a bit of advice on this one please. I am growing Mountain Magic tomatoes in my greenhouse in Tomorite growbags. I have recently discovered that the bottom of a lot of the tomatoes appears to be going rotten. Can anyone help please??

If so, it's blossom end rot.

Hi Phil

Alan could well be right but if could also be blight, although it is more unusual to pick it up in a greenhouse.
Regret that if it is then nothing can be done.

However what is important is what you do if you do have it. You must remove all diseased foliage and fruit, take it off site to local green waste tip. DO NOT burn it on site or add it to any compost bin.

Any chance of posting a picture, might help confirm what is going on.

The danger when people start to believe their own publicity is that they often fall off their own ego.

If it is blight it will also be very evident from the foliage.
