i fried codfish yesterday and found it was so easy to be smashed . i remember that i cooked it before but wasn't like this . i just bought a bag of codfish from supermarket and it look good and not cheap one .but i don't know why it was so easy to be smashed .......
does anyone know this ? tell me please !!

Perhaps you cooked it for too long? Fish flesh is not like meat and generally needs a lot less cooking.
How long did you cook it for and by which method?
Frying? Or in a microwave?
