Shelf life of Dithane

Can't identify that mould? Got a great tip for keeping slugs at bay? Suggestions for organic weed control? Post them here...

On hearing me complaining about being no longer able to purchase Dithane to spray against tomato blight a friend has given me an unopened packet of 6 sachets which he admits might be "a few years old". There is no expiry date on the packet so can I assume it t will still be effective?

Having heard a few times on this forum how products degrade I think I'd leave it well alone, but perhaps someone on here knows different?

I have the remains of a 1kg box dated 2010 and I have been using it each year since, with no ill effects. (So far). Oh! And it's been effective too.
Regards,
Gerry.
