Hi Alan,
To me it is wonderful news but will this country take the initiative or will we have the anti-GM faction spouting their anti-scientific clap-trap all over again so the technology will go elsewhere?

Hi WHR,
Now they have the sequence many things will be possible but to cook chips without using the fattening process of frying is probable asking too much!

We make chips by slicingn the spuds, dipping in olive oil and baking them.
