Has anyone ever made one of these on there plot? How long will it take to establish and is it expensive?When is the best time to take cuttings for box?

Evening Grock,
Never grown a Parterre but one of the lads on the allotment did as an experiment to protect herbs.He reckoned on about two years to establish it.
He propagated his own plants from cuttings taken in August and planted out the following April in position keeping moist and weed-free.He bought a small plant and let it grow out to use for cuttings.
