I thought at first that it was a spoof article.
I don`t understand it but I instinctively fear it.
Perhaps I`m a techno-dinosaur or a scientific-luddite or something,

I'm relieved to see that it is in America, so they'll be affected first if it goes wrong. On second thoughts, they'll probably try it out in some third world country first. As you say, Oh dear!
