HELP please! I've just run outside in little more than my nightwear to tend to my pots. The horrid horrid horrid birds had pecked up some of the little germinatine seeds (leeks and beetroot).

Apart from a shotgun, any ideas please? Am pretty desperate! Thanks.

Dear Piglet6, i think the nightwear might have been enough to scare the birds off. :)

Any form of netting will do, whether it's wire netting or even net curtain.
Or maybe some twiggy sticks, anything really will do as long as it stops the birds getting to the seedlings but doesn't block the light.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

There's no fool like an old fool.

Hmmm, have gone for the netting option. You can hardly see it. Thank you. :)
