Hi Jennie,

It is not actually true that GM always involves introducing completely 'alien' genes, or that this kind of process doesn't happen in nature. But leaving that aside, has anyone any idea how Adora potatoes came to have 30% less carbohyrdrates than 'normal' potatoes? And can they really mash up without milk? Was this potato bred 'naturally'?

i thought most spuds mashed without milk, have allways used butter :P
