I never use meat in my soups I always use stock and vegetables only.
Done in the pressure cooker they are a doddle and really tasty.

I'm with Alan Refail on this one - and the rest of his list! I have a Mouli for soup, but I usually just leave it as it is.

Not so sure about the sensible, but over the past few years I've become as non-electric as possible in the kitchen. I have a fridge and a washing machine and an electric iron - that's it. Am experimenting withs ad irons, but it's hard work! I can manage without teh washing machine too, but convincing OH to jettison the fridge is going to be hard, but I have a cunning plan involving a cold north facing larder and a slab of marble.
When I had my Kenwood, I used the blender on there, but only rarely, so felt it wasn't worth keeping, now do it with a sieve or Mouli, sitting at teh kitchen table with a big cup of tea.
