Allotment Association Fund Raising

My wife and I are on the Committee of an allotment association that is a year old now, has anyone any ideas for raising funds?

We support local events such as the Michaelmas Fayre and provide a stall selling produce, jams and pickles, plants etc. donated by our members. We always sell out.
I produced an allotment calendar for 2006. £1. from each one sold went to the Associations funds. raised £204.

nog, does an open day raise issues on public liability?

Yep...but Public Libality Insurance should be included in your site insurane if not it is cheap. You also want to be a Members Club limited by Grantee, inorher words a ltd company so you dont loose your shirt if your site goes up the swannie.
