Woke up this morning to about 4 inches of snow, it's now up to about 9 and isn't stopping. Haven't tried to leave the house yet.

This is Glasgow not the Highlands, it's crazy. Haven't seen weather like this since I left the Midwest.

Anyone else enjoying similar?

Yep, it's here in Liverpool too, which is unusual. We don't normally get snow here cos we're protected by the Pennines and the Welsh hills on the other side of the Mersey.

We've got 4-6 inches here and it's still coming down. It will turn to rain later. It's also freezing cold and blowing a gale.

A day for staying in by the fire, with lots of hot tea and a good murder mystery on the tele.

Sorted

Never mind it will change when it's ready.
The old people used to say if march came in like a lion it will go out like a lamb.
Lets hope the old ones are right.

Kind regards a well walked Old herbaceous.

We will always get some sort of weather.

No snow here in the Thames Valley but leaden skies and a wind so chill it could cut you in half.

Been at work all day having a good time talking to customers about which veg seeds they are going to try this year, so not such a bad day :D

We've now got ice on the ground and a bitter, strong wind that will tear your head off.

Think i'll stay in and try to pot on stuff out of the little greenhouse.

The Old Man took the dog to the park for his walk yesterday and all the kids were playing snowballs and were in groups making snowmen. Turns out the dog is terrified of snowmen and tried to savage one.

God help the burglar calling to our house armed with a snowman

Nice weather LIzzie,

its very mild here now, and dry, so I am off to the plot to shift some muck and carry on with my polytunnel building.
Kindest regards Piglet

Enjoy. The earths frozen solid here. It was funny watching the council workmen by my sons school trying to dig a hole.

They all packed up and went off in their little white van
