Seedling, Tigger, Lyndon and I have spent today at the Real Food Festival at Earls Court and it was brilliant, well worth a visit if you can find the time.

Lots of nibbles so you can graze your way round the show, one of my favorites was Oloves, http://lwww.olovelife.com/ (click on products) I managed to eat a whole bag in 10 minutes. I'm a big olive fan anyway, but they seem like a really neat idea.
Worn out now and in serious need of a lie down

And there was me thinking you had gone to London to have tea with the Queen.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Hi Seedling
Do you have the address of the Ribble Valley meat company as we live just over the border from the Ribble Valley. Many thanks. Catherine Glad you had a good day. We went to London to visit my son a few years ago and we had a super day wandering round the same place so I know what you are talking about.
