...the Grumpy Old Man/Womans Group.

Ok, I think it's time to start getting things off various chests, and start venting a few spleens. What annoys you?

Here's mine

1. BANKS (the MD of mine seems to be Dick Turpin) the thieving bunch of &(&^()*&&(

2. Packaging. Why bother individually wrapping something and then wrap the whole bloody lot in another load of plastic

3. My mother in Law (not enough hours in the day to start on this one)

4. Big Andrew (see number 3)

5. When you do something creative on the lottie and the old boys get their knickers in a twist cos it's not in rows.

6. Call centres (enough said)

7. Myrescough College for setting up a shooting course for kids who've been involved in firearms less than a quarter of a mile from where little Rhys Jones was shot.

8. The Government for habitually fleecing the little people and scewing money out of us left right and centre.

9. Oil companines (another bunch of theiving &(&&(^&^(&(()

10. Brussels and the French, Spanish and other countries who get preferential treatment for their farmers and fishermen.

Ok, i'm stopping now cos I could go on for a long time. Go on, vent your spleen. What hacks you off

Enjoy
Lots of love

Bus drivers who think they are F1 drivers.

I've caught the bus to work a few times recently and it's a hair raising experience; they drive so fast and brake so late and so hard.

Even worse, they take off up the road before you get a chance to sit down. Tim was on a bus recently and it went round the corner so fast that one old dear fell off her (front) seat and ended up near the door.

Maniacs, the lot of 'em

Oh yes, how about that stupid woman (Margaret Hodge I think) who said that Last Night of the Proms was jingoistic and not inclusive, so people other than the British may feel left out. I was so angry I couldn't even shout at the TV over that one.

My gripes are:

phone choices e.g. press 1 for accounts, press 2 for inquiries, press 8 to go to oblivion

shopping trolleys with wonky wheels which go sideways and pull your back out

All the annoying pieces of cardboard which knickers are wrapped around in multi packs from Marks and spencer- WHY?

Orange juice cartons with opening instructions which dont work. then when the spout bit is mangled and shredded the juice pours all over the work surface

metal tea pots at cafes and service stations - enough said

God i`m a grouch
