Can someone please explain to me - in simple terms please 'cos I'm only a cartoon character - how I attach an avatar. I've tried following the instructions without any success.

Tiggs,

you need a picture that is 12Kb or less in file size. I reduced mine in photoshop to a suitable size. In your "profile" you can then browse your files and select the relevant picture and "update" your profile. The picture will then appear.

I have emailed you a few pictures of a size that are ok to use.
Kindest regards Piglet

I think the length of time it takes to resize the photo depends on the size of the original photo, and the speed of your internet connection, looks good though!

if u have microsoft office, u may find ms photoeditor hidden in the depths, i think its in accessories, anyway when photoeditor is open there is a button labelled image which then brings up a list including resize. most photo editors or drawing programs have the same thing. and they work instantly. whenever u open a picture on the screen your picture program should open itself, see if there is an image button in one of the toolbars at the edge or top of the screen. hope this helps
