we have several wild cherry trees for the first time in nearly 50 years ive actually picked an edible cherry. normally the birds clear the lot as soon as they turn a lighter shade of green this year we have been able to pick red ones. sparrows and blackbirds were taking a few today allong with some raspberries and tayberries so they are still arround.
