Have a good day. Glad to hear you are planning to get on top of that long grass in the orchard today.

Sign of the times. Had the Birthday meal Sunday. We were the only eight in the Pub.

Oops that doesn't bode well for that pub! We have a popular pub just a couple of miles away (Cat & Fiddle, Lyndhurst). Prior to the plague that is Covid; on a weekend the pub would be full, the garden full & occasionally extra tables in the back car park. Now the car park only has a few cars in it even on the brightest days! It did get increased popularity as it was Dawn French & Lenny Henry's local when they were married & I suspect a lot of extra punter's there just for a look & autograph.

Not my favourite pub, I'll stick to the Haven on Mudeford Quay; mainly full of tourists but I like that. You have to share tables as so busy & end up meeting people from not just around the country but the world. Foods grand as well as you imagine; very fresh seafood!
