No 9 is not easy for me - I am & always have been pants at remembering names. You can get away with it with peer colleagues, with mate, honey, chick etc. Not so with formal meetings so I generally go in with just Hello, how are you & straight into chat, hoping someone will say Hi to who I am speaking to so I can remember. How I love the online Teams meetings I now attend - it kindly puts the names on the screen & I can actually use their name & they will never know I had completely forgotten.

I am pants at remembering peoples names, but if some has a dog then the dogs name is always remembered.
