Picked first outdoor cucumber this morning. Always had an Impression these were temperamental greenhouse loving plants which didn't thrive outdoors. . Only started growing them in last 2 or 3 years and have been amazed at my success with them.
On a less cheerful note, I received a Blightwatch Hutton Alert warning a couple of days ago.
