It was too hot to do any gardening the other day so I picked some lavender (had to do some negotiations with the bees about this!)..and made lavender bottles.

In my car on Friday it was 39 degrees today 13.5 bit of a difference

If you look on You Tube and find "How to make lavender bottles" there are several tutorials. I use 7 stems but you could use more as long as it's an odd number. Make them before the stems on the plants get too brittle. And watch out for the bees! They're quite easy. When the scent fades then just refresh with lavender oil.
