....has inspired me to send off for the special offer of banana plants from GW website. There was a stunning tropical garden on his programme last night. I quite fancy creating that look.

Have you got somewhere like a greenhouse or shed in which to shelter them over winter? Some of these plants look spectacular in summer but need a lot of care in over wintering.

Yes, it will be tucked away in the greenhouse in the winter.
