Merry Christmas to all BUT more especially very best wishes to OH who today has his own Alien specialist to visit.

I thought it bad enough getting my 'Alien within' news 5 days before my birthday almost 4 years ago, let alone getting suggested treatment news on Christmas Eve.

Thoughts are with you and yours OH

As normal for Pa Snip, still thinking of others first, so thank you Old Sausage....All will be fine, I wonder if the Oncologist will be wearing a Big Red suit.... :)
Seems there are a lot of us in the same boat this year but, just as Pa Snip does, let's just laugh in the face of any problems that we have.
So I wish you all a very Happy Christmas and thank you all for the many laughs, tips on the gardening front and also when we just feel we need to get something off our chests, can't ask for more than that.

Let the festivities begin.... :)
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

A happy and peaceful Christmas to my fellow forum chums.

Try not to go into cardio arrestover the holidays in case you find yourself in this situation: (A short extract about Christmas I recently read from the diaries of Junior Doctor "This is going to hurt")

“Christmas Day
It’s a tradition that the Consultant turns up on Christmas Day. This year he appears wearing chinos and a sweater. He explains that previously he used to turn up as Santa Claus, complete with beard but last year an elderly female patient suddenly went into cardiac arrest. He rushed over and started CPR while a nurse went to fetch a trolley. Unusually the CPR was successful but the patient came round to find a 6 foot Santa sprawled all over her with his arms on her chest and she screamed the place down!”
