Finding it very frustration to email seed/plant suppliers, three so far with no success.

They all send their selling emails with “No reply”….but when you want to contact them with a question they go into hibernation.

Tried searching their web site and when you find contact page their email system want answers to information that is not relevant Title? First Name? Surname? Address? Country? Phone number? Why?

I have 2 specific buying needs which I will take to local friendly garden centre for answers.

Rant over.

I wanted to complain to DTB about my variable height Broad Beans but couldn't find a way from the website. Remembered I had kept the order acknowledgement email from Customer Services so I replied to that. To be fair they sent a new packet of beans foc though they didn't say if they had had any issues with the batch.
