how cold is it at yours

hi all,just wondering how cold it is in different parts of the country today.it got down to -2 last night here in consett co durham,its 0 now but the wind chill feels like minus 8.brrrrr.

Its about zero here in essex but the wind chill is something else. however the sun is shining brightly

Hi all,
It is dry and bright in Liverpool, temp about 3c with the wind chill about minus 3c. Heavy frost forecast for tonight,thermals for me tomorrow when I am down the allotment I think.

It's thermal long johns but not thermal vest weather here in the East Midlands.

Where is your allotment then? I'm from Liverpool too. Don't have to say if you prefer not to. You could always pm me if you prefer the info not to be on the public forum. I'm just curious as I don't think there are many Scousers on the forum.

Right now at 11 PM it's -2C with a fairly clear sky. About 3C during the day on the Moray Firth with a N wind.

Hi Peter,
I have just looked outside at 12.30am and it is -4 C
and it normally gets colder at dawn. There is a very heavy frost with it.

Have a thermometer close to our south facing wall at home, so always deduct a coupla degrees, and it registered -1 in Warwick.
