If you're anything like me, you occasionally stumble across a line in a seed catalogue that makes you chuckle... well heres a couple of mine (please share your own)

"Mamuzo" is its name in the Kigogo language of the Wagogo people - real seeds (apparently the mamuzo is a winter squash that looks like a white pumpkin...

"The currents like a mildly neutral soil, around ph 1-1.5" - I cant remember where I read that one, but last time I did chemistry, ph 1-1.5 was neither mild nor neutral...
