I'm a bit on the odd side when it comes to the fuss of birthdays and Christmas and there is possibly a very good socio/psychological reason for this that I would prefer you to make up in your head rather than me risk a fault in my explanation.

I had one birthday greeting from my three daughters, seven from my best friend and her bears/dogs and various furry things she holds in great-esteem as her pets.

I also had 195 birthday greetings from all the websites I used over the years since my inauguration to the internet and quite to the point, what-do-they-care.
