That's what it looks like and the first time I we had snow this early for as long as I remember. Even more unusual this far west.

I'm not worried about my cabbages because Molly has started pulling them out and chomping them.

I can't be angry.
How are you supposed to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle if it completely removes a wine lover’s reason to live?

Hope it doesn't last….but at least it will get rid of the bugs and crawlies!

Who is Molly :)

Oh - she is so cute - I can see why you would forgive her any transgressions. What a lovely face :D

Morning Richard, it's certainly going to be a sharp shock to the system.

The under-gardener told me this, sounding very pessimistic.
The Met Office forecast does't appear so dreadful but I trust the gritters will be out.

Just had a storm pass over. Very windy with sleet. It will be over London now and, I hope, over Belgium by the time I have to go back into London.

We caught it too, Stephen, it came over very dark, then down it came for a good half hour, rain, sleet and snow...the temperature dropped hugely too.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Light covering of snow here tonight. Hope it has gone in the morning.
